Yes. We provide one complimentary quotation per request. Revised or modified quotations after the first require a non-refundable contract fee of USD 100, fully credited against your final invoice on confirmation.

A passport copy, flight booking confirmation, and hotel booking details for every traveller, plus a visa copy or tax number only where required for that traveller's nationality.

45 days or more before travel: 20% of total tour cost. 22 to 44 days: 50%. 21 days or fewer: 100%. Full terms are in our Partner Policy document.

Both. Group bookings also qualify for our FOC allocation — 1 complimentary place per 20 paying adults, 2 per 40 — for land arrangements.
