Vb Japan DMC operates on a strict B2B basis — we work with travel agents, tour operators and MICE buyers, not directly with the travelling public.

Form Submissions
Enquiry and quote forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers submissions to our team by email. Formspree's own privacy practices apply to data in transit through their platform.
Analytics

We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any party outside of operating your enquiry, quote or partnership — beyond the processors named above.
International Transfers
Because Formspree and Google operate infrastructure outside New Zealand, information you submit may be processed on servers located in other countries, including the United States. Both providers maintain their own security and compliance standards for cross-border data handling.
How Long We Keep It
We retain enquiry and booking-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, manage an active partnership, and meet our accounting and legal record-keeping obligations as a New Zealand-registered company.
