Vb Japan DMC is a JATA-registered destination management company operating on the ground across Japan, working exclusively with travel agents and tour operators — never directly with end travellers.
Vb Japan DMC is the trading name, for the Japan market, of Vb2010 Group Limited — a company registered in New Zealand (NZBN 9429045892981), also trading as Vb DMC Co. for its wider six-destination Asia offering. We operate on a strict B2B basis: we contract net rates with hotels, transport operators and activity suppliers across Japan, and we sell only to travel trade, never to the travelling public directly.
The company is directed by Bhavin Vaghela, and holds Japan Association of Travel Agents (JATA) Overseas Allied Membership No. 43476.
We run with a deliberately international structure — a New Zealand-registered parent company, ground operations in Japan, and an operations team in India — built to give agents a single point of contact regardless of their own time zone.
