Thailand is one of Japan's major inbound markets.

Japan is an extremely popular and aspirational destination for Thai travelers β€” snow is a major emotional hook for a market where much of the population has never experienced it, and cherry blossom season carries similar appeal.

Direct service from Bangkok, and increasingly secondary cities, into Narita, Haneda, Kansai and regional gateways.

LINE is widely used for this market alongside standard channels.

What Thai travellers want
Seeing snow for the first time is a genuine trip motivator for a meaningful share of this market β€” build in real snow-experience time, not just a photo stop, and it becomes the itinerary's emotional centerpiece.
When this market travels
Songkran (April) and school holiday periods (October, March–April) are the clearest booking windows; winter travel for snow experiences is also strong December through February.
Dietary notes
No unusual dietary flags beyond standard allergy disclosure.

Common Questions

FAQs for Thai agents

How fast do you respond to a brief?

Within 24 hours, every time. Your first enquiry gets a complimentary quotation valid for 4 days from issue, prepared by the same Japan-based team regardless of your time zone.

Is the first quote really free?

Yes. We provide one complimentary quotation per request. Revised or modified quotations after the first require a non-refundable contract fee of USD 100, fully credited against your final invoice on confirmation.

What currency do you invoice in?

All rates are quoted net and non-commissionable. We can settle in JPY, USD or NZD by bank transfer, or via Wise β€” whichever is easiest on your end.

Do you handle both FIT and group bookings?

Both. Group bookings also qualify for our FOC allocation β€” 1 complimentary place per 20 paying adults, 2 per 40 β€” for land arrangements.

What is your cancellation policy?

45 days or more before travel: 20% of total tour cost. 22 to 44 days: 50%. 21 days or fewer: 100%. Full terms are in our Partner Policy document.
