How payment works with Vb Japan DMC — currencies, deposit schedule, contract fee, and cancellation terms, in plain language.

All rates are quoted net and non-commissionable. We settle by bank wire transfer or via Wise (which also accepts AUD, CAD and other major currencies), whichever is easiest on your end. Bank charges are borne by the remitter. Full account details are issued directly to confirmed partners along with their invoice — see our Partner Quotation & Contract Policy for the complete payment instructions.

Contract Fee

Your first quotation is complimentary. If you need a revised or modified quotation after that, a non-refundable USD 100 contract fee applies — this is fully credited against your final invoice once the booking is confirmed, so it's never an extra cost on a confirmed trip.
